We offer standard shipping free of charge within Kolkata & Howrah pin codes.

3. Order Processing and Handling Time

• Order Processing: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Customized or Pre-Order Items: For special orders, including customized or pre-order products, please note that additional processing time may be required. You will be informed of the expected shipping date at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

• Domestic Shipping: After order is processed shipping arrives within 2-3 working days under normal conditions.

• Domestic: We offer delivery in Kolkata & Howrah

6. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for electronics products due to the nature of shipping requirements and size limitations.

7. Delivery Issues

• Damaged or Missing Items: If your item arrives damaged or is missing, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours from receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
